Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TenantDesk ("the Service"), operated by Agentic Workflows ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TenantDesk is an AI-powered maintenance issue management platform for tenants. Tenants report problems via WhatsApp or Telegram, and property agents receive organized tickets through a web dashboard.

3. User Accounts

To use the agent dashboard you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized use.
  • Providing truthful and up-to-date information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized activities.
  • Send spam, abusive, or malicious content through the bot.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other agencies or users.
  • Overload or interfere with the Service infrastructure.

5. Plans and Payments

We offer free trial and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy (tenantdesk.io/privacy). As an agency, you are responsible for processing your tenants' data in compliance with GDPR. TenantDesk acts as a data processor on your behalf.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. After cancellation, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy (90 days maximum).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
