Refund Policy

TenantDesk is a B2B SaaS product. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as Merchant of Record. This policy describes when refunds are available.

1. Free Trial

All plans begin with a 30-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

3. Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of purchase and have not exceeded 50 managed units of usage, you may request a pro-rated refund for unused months. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Service Disruptions

If TenantDesk experiences a verified outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours, affected customers may request a credit for the affected period. Credits are applied to future invoices and are not redeemable for cash.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@tenantdesk.io with your account email and reason. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
